| Teams may start to reserve their accommodation from 20 January, 2007.5.
Teams shall make the best effort to provide the Organizing Committee, no later than July 20, 2007, with detailed guest information including name list, flight/train numbers and arrival time to facilitate the Organizing Committee to make room allotment and transport arrangement.

- All the above rates are inclusive of room, 3 meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) in the hotel and transportation between hotel and venue or airport. There will be no refunding of unused meals or transport.
