| Participating teams bring their own boats and oars. Teams wishing to rent boats in China may contact the Chinese boat builders directly at www.liangjinshells.com and www.psfrp.com.

| Transport |
| There are direct flights to Beijing from many cities in China and all over the world. Teams can also arrive in Beijing by train if they are already in China. Participants are requires to inform the organizing committee of their arrival and departure before they come to Beijing.
